Inside our lovingly restored 1855 rowhome — a National Historic Landmark — you’ll find a graceful, welcoming boutique hotel in which modern comforts mesh seamlessly with the historic character that makes the place so special.
And speaking of history: We strive to honor the legacy of social progress, community, and equality that the New Century Guild embodied for more than a century. To that end, we’ve partnered with minority-owned businesses in Philly and beyond, connecting our guests with luxury products created by a diverse roster of entrepreneurs; we host themed “fireside chats” featuring celebrity speakers; and we continually dream-up cool new ways our guests might engage with Guild House, with each other, and with the city of Philadelphia.
And finally: We’re all about impeccable “invisible” service for our guests, which includes luxury amenities and personalized perks befitting a five-star boutique hotel — plus the added bonus of absolute privacy. During a Guild House stay, the space belongs entirely to the guests, with our staff on call 24 hours a day, ready to serve. We also offer:

- Access to parking next to or near Guild House Hotel (first-come, first-serve basis)
- Airport pick-up upon request
