Why it’s worth it: Housed in a restored landmark building in the heart of the city, Guild House features 12 salons and suites that pay homage to the mansion’s former life as host to a Victorian-era working women’s guild. Designed by female-owned-and-operated ROHE Creative, each room is named for a prominent member of the guild and features original architectural elements alongside contemporary furnishings, luxurious bedding, and, in deference to the 21st-century, smart TVs.
